We appreciate that sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment and this is ok, provided it's done 24 hours prior to your appointment. Please understand when you cancel an appointment with little notice, you prevent someone else from taking that appointment. To let us fill those spaces, we kindly request that you provide as much notice as possible and at least 24 hours. Everyone’s time is valuable, including ours, please either change your booking online 24 hours prior or call us to reschedule.
Failure to provide 24 hours notice will incur a 50% non refundable booking fee. This will be taken at the time of your booking. If you do not show up or cancel 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, then you will be required to pay 100% of the treatment cost before another appointment can be booked.
